Freddy is a very sweet boy. He loves to sit in a lap and cuddle. He likes to watch birds out the window. Freddy is young and still playful. Freddy is terrified of dogs. He once scratched up his foster mom because dogs nearby were barking and he thought he was going to be hurt. Freddy was found outside but had clearly belonged to someone once. He did have an entropian eyelid that was surgically repaired when he was neutered. He is just fine now. Please come meet Freddy.
